All products listed on our store are subject to availability. We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions and pricing; however, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct them without prior notice.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to رفض or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and selected online payment methods such as EasyPaisa and JazzCash. Orders will only be processed after confirmation.

5. Shipping

Delivery is currently available in Karachi and Hyderabad. Delivery charges may apply unless otherwise stated (e.g., free delivery on orders above Rs. 3,999).

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Customers must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery with proof (images or videos).
